A physicist and an inventor of innovative method of producing solar cells based on perovskites. Her company – Saule Technologies is one of the first companies in the world who works on the commercial use of perovskites in the production of ultra-thin and flexible photovoltaic cells.
Saule’s main goal is to develop the technology which can integrate perovskites with the existing products. The company won the title of Startup of the Year 2014 and Ms. Olga Malinkiewicz, as the first Polish woman, received the title Innovator of the Year in the Innovators Under 35 competition, organized by the MIT Technology Review.
