Entrepreneur in Residence at Startupbootcamp, an early stage accelerator program for startups, focusing on investing and mentoring smart transportation and mobility companies within the accelerator.
Currently responsible for sourcing great companies for the Startupbootcamp and building an enhanced acceleration program including defining specific additions to the overall scouting process and acceleration offering. Perviously managed project delivery for the Pioneers of the Balkans project – a hyper-acceleration programme run in CEE on behalf of the World Bank and EU Commission.
Before joining Pioneers I worked as the Head of Digital Banking services in Sberbank Serbia, where I managed all Digital business streams and project – introduction of mBanking and eBanking solutions as well as developing new internet-based sales channels.
Worked on Business Development tasks within Sony Consumer (eCommerce) and Professional divisions (providing products, solutions and services for professional use) before leaving the corporate job for starting a company on my own. As one of the co-founders I was leading Strategic Planning and Business Development for one of the top ICT startups in the SEE region.
Summary:
Strong background within sourcing investment deals, venture building and mentoring startups (optimising their products and services and growth strategies). Strong experience in strategic planning and cross- departmental/divisional projects. Experience in crafting of the go-to-market strategies for innovative solutions.
Currently mostly involved in Investment Management, Deal Sourcing and Designing of business models built around the Lean Startup Methodology.
